MANUAL INSTRUCTION FOR BALE WRAPPING FILM PRO ELITE WRAP:

STORAGE:

  1. Pro Elite Wrap bale wrapping film should be stored indoors in dry place, away from direct sun exposition.
  2. Product shouldn’t be kept in temperature below 5 °C and above 40 °C.
  3. Pro Elite Wrap film should be kept in original cardboard box, which protects it againist humidity, dust and sand.
  4. Handle roll with care. Any damages, mostly edges of the film, may cause tearing, breaking of film and problems in work. Mechanically damaged roll cannot be replaced in warranty process.
  5. At 24 hours before wrapping it is recommended to keep film in room temperature (15 °C to 25 °C), to give a film the best stickiness. 

USAGE:

  1. It is recommended to use film as in user’s manual of bale wrapper machine.
  2. Take out film from cardboard box directly before wrapping to prevent possible mechanical damages.
  3. For the best quality of silage it is recommended to wrap with at least 6 layers of film. Film should be marking 50 % of last layer.
  4. For proper usage of film tension on wrapper has to be adjusted from 55 % to 75 %, depending on model of wrapper. To high tension of film (higher than 75 % -10 cm • 17,50 cm) cause losing of film properties like UV filters, stickiness, which influence to quality of silage.
  5. Wrapping during rainfalls is forbidden. It cause losing a stickness of film.
  6. Bale wrapping previously binded with chemically enhanced twine may cause film degradation.
  7. Adding chemical additives to silage is forbidden, because it leads to film degradation.
  8. Film has only one sticky side – inside.
  9. Bales should be wrapped with film in 2 hours after pressing due to minimalise the risk of any damages.
  10. The silage process starts immediately so putting in the stand position right after wprapping is recommended.
  11. Bales should be protected from vermins and chemicals- pesticides, mineral oils and solvents accelerates dissolution of film.

WARRANTY TERMS:

  1. Warranty is valid only if user is respecting the instructions described herein. 
  2. Reclamation is subjected to any film defects made in production process. 
  3. Producer gives 12 months warranty on ultraviolet filters in sun exhibition 150kly, unless producer indicated differently in sale condition. 
  4. If film is not working properly or any other physical defects occurs user should stop working immediately. 
  5. Reclamation in a 1:1 ratio (roll to be replaced -roll replaced) covers only those rolls, on which max. 10 % of film was used. After exceeding this limit, roll will be replaced in percentage ratio to the weight of roll that has to be replaced. Roll used more than 85 % of the film can not be replaced. 
  6. In case of acceptance the reclamation, defected roll is replaced for a new free from defects. 
  7. Roll damaged mechanically that do not allow to unwrap film from reel can not be an article of warranty process. 
  8. User who declare product as damaged simultaneously agrees starting a warranty procedure. Procedure includes laboratory tests and unwrapping couple meters of film.In case of negative result of warranty procedure, roll which was claimed as damaged can be slightly lighter.
